READ is a two-sided application process, in which Resident Scholars in Albania submit projects to pursue with a partner from the Albanian Diaspora.

READ is not currently accepting projects from Resident Scholars. Another call for projects is expected to open in late summer/early fall 2023. For more information on the process and the contents of a READ project, please visit the Resident Scholars application page.
