IIE’s Ukraine office administers Fulbright programs in Ukraine. Up to 100 Ukrainian and U.S. students and scholars participate in academic exchange programs that create mutual understanding between the grantees and their hosts in both Ukraine and the U.S.
Our office is also home to the Regional Educational Advising Coordinator (REAC) for EducationUSA in Europe and Eurasia, covering Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, and Ukraine.
