What is the Department of Scholar & Professional Programs?
IIE’s Department of Scholar and Professional Programs, also housed at 1400 K Street, includes the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) division and the Humphrey division. Services include:
- International Scholar Exchange Programs
- International Development of Higher Education Institutions
- Professional Exchange and Training
For more than 60 years, the CIES division has helped administer the Fulbright Scholar Program and the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program.
