Colleen Goggins

Former Worldwide Chairman, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Group

Colleen Goggins is a trusted advisor and partner to a wide variety of businesses and leaders around the world. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on a number of corporate boards across a variety of industries. She has been a Director for the TD Bank Group since 2012 and is a member of the Board’s Risk Committee.

From 2013 to 2016, she served on the Munich-based Supervisory Board of KraussMaffei Group and in 2015, joined the Advisory Board of SIG Combibloc, both portfolio companies of ONEX Corporation, the Toronto-based private equity firm. From 2014 to 2016, she served on the Board of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International.

Colleen was a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Executive Committee for ten years and served as Worldwide Chairman of the Consumer Group, providing strategic leadership for the $16BN fully-integrated personal and healthcare portfolio, which included many leading brands.

Listed among Fortune Magazine’s ‘50 Most Powerful Women in America’ for a number of years, Colleen has a recognized track record of profitable business-building, maximizing team performance, and effective management across diverse cultures and geographies, reflecting her years of experience in global leadership.

Colleen is actively involved with a number of non-profit organizations. She is a member of the University of Wisconsin Foundation, where she sits on the Executive Committee and chairs the Budget and Compensation Committee. Additionally, she is a Board member of the University’s Center for Brand and Product Management and serves on the Board of Directors of New York Citymeals-on-Wheels.

She holds a Masters of Management from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a frequent lecturer on topics including leadership and consumer marketing.
