IIE Center for Access and Equity Empower Award
The IIE Empower Award was created in 2023 at the launch of the Center for Access and Equity and will be presented annually to honor outstanding organizations, individuals, and initiatives with exemplary demonstration, contribution, and impact to access and equity in international education.
IIE’s mission and belief are that when education transcends borders, it opens minds, enabling people to go beyond building connections to solve problems together. We truly believe in the Power of International Education. Honorees of IIE’s Center for Access and Equity Empower Award also share in this belief and the value of a deep-rooted commitment to advancing access and equity in international education and their communities.
Inaugural 2023 Award
IIE presented NAFSA: Association of International Educators with the inaugural IIE Center for Access and Equity Empower Award.
